Help|Cabals|Entropy

The Barons of Chaos, also once known by the simple nomenclature of "Entropy", long ago served as a force of havok and chaos within Thera. Its members were highly unpredictable, and could often be a source of anything from simple mischief to absolute destruction.

The Barons were born out of the chaos mages from Thera's earliest history. As for their demise, it is the nature of entropy to devolve into a greater and greater state of disorder, until anything resembling structure completely disintegrates. Such was it was with Entropy, that paradox of an "organization of chaos" that could not sustain itself.

It is said by some that certain ancient gods and forces of chaos went into hibernation among many of the unawakened forces of nature, whom are now referred to as "the Ancients" by those who seek to undo much of what centuries of unmitigated order managed to accomplish.
